Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Butterflies IT UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Haselholzstraße 43, 19061 Schwerin, Germany, info@kosmosgenie.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital content)
Your right of withdrawal expires for a contract on the delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier if we have begun with the performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin with the performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent with the beginning of the performance (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code).
We obtain this consent and confirmation expressly via a checkbox in the order process. As your books are created immediately after the order, your right of withdrawal expires when the creation begins.
Personalised books at a glance
Personalised digital books: our interpretations are made individually and specifically for you. A withdrawal is therefore excluded after the creation has begun (Section 356 (5) and Section 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code, service made to customer specification).
Personalised printed books: a printed book is produced specifically according to your details (for example name, birth data, dedication). For such goods made to customer specification and clearly tailored to personal needs there is no right of withdrawal according to Section 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code. We point this out expressly before you order.

An informal statement by email to info@kosmosgenie.de or by post to the address above is sufficient. Please mention your name and your order number.
