You’ll earn one bonus point for every euro you spend at KosmosGenie. 33 bonus points are worth €1 off. Your points accumulate in your account, and you can redeem them at checkout whenever you like.
How do I earn KosmosGenie bonus points?
Place your order using your account. Once your order has been paid for, the points will appear in your account. Points are calculated on the amount you actually pay, rounded down to whole euros, after all discounts. If it’s your first order, you can simply create an account at checkout.
How do I redeem KosmosGenie bonus points?
Sign in and add the products you want to your cart. At checkout, you’ll see your points balance and its value in euros. Just click “Redeem bonus points” and your total will go down right away. You can redeem points in increments of 33, worth €1 each, up to the value of your order.
Can I earn KosmosGenie bonus points on sale items and with coupons?
Yes. You can always redeem your bonus points, including on sale items and with a coupon or discount code. The only exception is gift card purchases, which you can’t pay for with bonus points.

As soon as your order has been paid for. If you pay by bank transfer, that means once we’ve received your payment. You’ll then see your points in your account.

Yes. You’ll earn bonus points when you buy a gift card, just as you would with any other order. Purchases you later pay for with a gift card won’t earn additional points, because you already earned them when you bought the gift card.
