What happens when I buy the KosmosGenie gift voucher?
You choose an amount and pay for it. We send you the voucher code and the voucher PDF by email, with a dedication if you like. It is redeemed at checkout: the recipient adds whatever they like to the basket, enters their own birth details and types in the code. The amount is deducted, and any remaining balance is kept for later.
Who is the KosmosGenie gift voucher the right present for?
For everyone whose birth details you don’t know, and for everyone who should choose for themselves: a personal horoscope book, digital or printed, an Astro Bite on one question, a bundle or the Advent calendar. The surprise stays intact, because the recipient enters their own details when redeeming it. Ideal for a birthday, for Christmas, for a birth, for an anniversary or simply just because.

FAQ: Frequently asked questions about the KosmosGenie gift voucher
How does the KosmosGenie gift voucher work?
You choose an amount, one of the five cards or your own between €10 and €500, and pay for it. Straight afterwards you receive the voucher PDF with the code by email, with a dedication if you like. The recipient chooses what they want in the shop, enters their own birth details and types the code in at checkout. The amount is deducted straight away.
What can I redeem the KosmosGenie gift voucher for?
For everything in the shop: every personal horoscope book in every edition, Astro Bites and Astro Bites Premium, bundles, posters and cards, and the KosmosGenie Advent calendar. It can be combined with anything in the basket.
Which amounts are available for the KosmosGenie gift voucher?
Five suggestions: €30, €50, €65, €90, €199. Or you enter your own amount in whole euros, from €10 to €500. If the balance does not quite cover an order, the recipient only pays the difference.
How do I redeem the KosmosGenie gift voucher at checkout?
At checkout there is the field “Voucher or discount code”: enter the code, check it, and the amount is deducted straight away. If the balance covers the whole order, there is nothing left to pay. If the order is larger, only the remaining amount is paid.
What happens to the remaining balance of the KosmosGenie gift voucher?
It stays on the voucher. On the next purchase, the recipient simply enters the same code again until the balance has been used up.
How quickly does the KosmosGenie gift voucher arrive?
By email straight after payment, as a finished PDF with the code, dedication and your personal message. That makes it a perfect last-minute gift too: order, print or forward it, done.
How long is the KosmosGenie gift voucher valid?
3 years from the date of purchase. The recipient can take their time, for example until their next birthday or the turn of the year.
Can I add a personal dedication to the KosmosGenie gift voucher?
Yes. When you buy it, you enter the recipient’s name and a personal message, and both appear on the voucher PDF.
Why a gift voucher instead of a horoscope straight away?
For a finished horoscope you need the recipient’s date, time and place of birth. If you don’t know them, or you don’t want to ask in secret, the voucher is ideal: the recipient enters their own details when redeeming it, and the surprise stays intact.
Can I cancel the purchase of a KosmosGenie gift voucher?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, as long as it has not been redeemed, not even in part.
