By expressly requesting that production begin immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content (§ 356 para. 5 of the German Civil Code). We point this out before you place your order. The printed booklet is personalized goods and is therefore also excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code). If something is not right, just get in touch: we will take care of it.
