What does your Astrocartography Book reveal?
Die Astrokartographie legt dein Geburtsbild über die Weltkarte. Für jeden der zehn Planeten wird berechnet, wo auf der Erde er im Moment deiner Geburt aufging, unterging, am höchsten oder am tiefsten stand. So entstehen 40 persönliche Planetenlinien.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions About Astrocartography
What Is Astrocartography?
Astrocartography maps your birth chart onto the world. At the moment of your birth, each planet was rising on the horizon or at the highest point in the sky above a different place on Earth. Connecting these places creates lines. They show where a particular side of you may come more easily to the fore, such as your career, love life, home life, or sense of adventure.
What do MC, IC, AC, and DC lines mean in astrocartography?
Each planet has four lines. On the MC line, it was at its highest point: career and visibility. The IC line is opposite: home and roots. On the AC line, it was rising: how you come across and fresh starts. On the DC line, it was setting: encounters and partnerships. Your Astrocartography Book interprets each of the 40 lines individually.
Why do I need my exact birth time for an Astrocartography Book?
The Earth rotates 15 degrees of longitude in an hour. Even a 30-minute difference can shift your lines by several hundred kilometers. That’s why your birth time is essential for astrocartography. It’s usually listed on your birth certificate or in your family record book.
What maps and place lists are included in your Astrocartography Book?
Your planetary lines on a world map and a more detailed map of Europe, instructions on how to read the maps, a chapter for each planet covering its four lines, their paths, and nearby cities, a list of all places along your lines organized by region, plus questions and space to record your own travel experiences.
Which places are included in the Astrocartography Book?
Around 100 cities and popular travel destinations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Europe, and around the world. It includes every place within 600 kilometers of one of your lines, along with the approximate distance. You can also use the maps to find any other place yourself.
Should I move based on my Astrocartography Book?
Astrocartography is an invitation to self-reflection and a wonderful travel companion, not a guide to making life decisions. No place is good or bad. Many people use their map to choose vacation destinations or understand why they feel especially comfortable in certain places.
Is the Astrocartography Book personalized?
Yes. Your lines, their paths, and nearby places are calculated specifically for you. The chapters in your book are then written just for you, word for word: line by line, place by place, with no prewritten text.
How soon will my Astrocartography Book arrive?
Your digital book (PDF) arrives by email within about 5 hours of payment. The printed book is made to order and takes about 7–10 business days to arrive in Germany, or about 2–3 weeks in other countries, including printing and shipping.
Can I exchange my Astrocartography Book or cancel my order?
Because your Astrocartography Book is calculated individually for you, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code). We will, of course, replace books that are damaged or incorrectly printed.
Where can I get an Astrocartography Book made?
You can order an Astrocartography Book online right here from KosmosGenie, with no appointment needed. You’ll need your date of birth, place of birth, and exact birth time, which is essential because it determines the paths of your lines. Then choose your format and pay securely. The digital book (ePub, PDF) will arrive by email within about 5 hours of payment. The printed book takes about 7–10 business days to arrive in Germany, and about 2–3 weeks in all other countries.
How much does it cost to get an Astrocartography Book made?
The Astrocartography Book comes in three formats: Digital €12.90, Book €51.90, and Premium €71.90. The digital edition is included with every printed book, and shipping is included worldwide. All prices include VAT.
Can I buy or order an Astrocartography Book in print?
Yes. The Astrocartography Book is available in print as a Book (softcover) or Premium (hardcover, with a dedication page). Each copy is printed individually for you, and you can order it directly on this page. Shipping is included worldwide: about 7–10 business days to Germany and about 2–3 weeks to all other countries.
Is KosmosGenie’s Astrocartography Book trustworthy?
“Is getting an Astrocartography Book made trustworthy?” is a common search, and here’s the honest answer: the planetary lines are calculated for the entire Earth from the exact planetary positions at the time of birth. Every statement in the book is automatically checked against these calculations before delivery, and you can view a complete sample book before buying. KosmosGenie is operated by Butterflies IT UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Schwerin, Germany, with a legal notice, an invoice showing VAT, and independently verified reviews on ProvenExpert. We don’t make promises no one can keep. An Astrocartography Book offers a detailed, personal interpretation for self-reflection, not a prediction.
Is astrocartography also called an astro map or locational astrology?
Yes, they all mean the same thing. Astro maps, astrocartography, and locational astrology all refer to interpreting the planetary lines in your birth chart on a world map, showing places where you live, travel, or would like to live.
Is astrocartography a good gift for a move, a year abroad, or a birthday?
Yes, an Astrocartography Book is a very personal gift for a move, a year abroad, or a birthday. Simply enter the recipient’s birth details, and the premium hardcover edition with a dedication page becomes a book to treasure. If you don’t know their birth details, there’s the KosmosGenie gift card. The recipient can redeem it using their actual details.
