In your order confirmation and on your invoice, both of which are sent by email. If you have an account, you can see all your orders and their numbers under Account.
What should I include in a message about an order?
Your order number, the email address used for the order, and a brief description of your concern in two or three sentences. That way we can look into it right away, without needing to ask follow-up questions.
Where do I send questions about vouchers or invoices at KosmosGenie?
To the same address, including your voucher code or invoice number. Vouchers can be redeemed at checkout, and you can also find your invoices in your account.
