Frequently Asked Questions
What is a bundle at KosmosGenie?
Multiple personalized books created from the same birth data, offered at one bundle price: you enter the data once and choose the format once for all books. Each book is still calculated and written individually, with its own cover and its own chapters.
How does the bundle discount work at KosmosGenie?
The bundle price is lower than the sum of the individual prices. In your cart, the books appear as separate items, with the discount listed as its own line, “Bundle Savings”, beneath them and on your invoice. No crossed-out prices, no tricks.
Can I choose a different format for each book within a bundle?
No, the format you choose applies to all books in a bundle. If you want one book printed and the others digital, please order the books separately.
What happens to the bundle discount if I remove a book from my cart?
The bundle discount no longer applies, and the remaining books revert to their individual prices. You will see this update in your cart right away.
How quickly will I receive the books from a bundle?
Digital editions are delivered by email within approximately 5 hours of payment and are also available in your account. Printed books are made to order: allow approximately 7–10 business days for delivery within Germany, or approximately 2–3 weeks for all other countries, including printing and shipping.
Are KosmosGenie bundles suitable as a gift?
Absolutely: three books in the Premium edition with hardcover and a dedication page make a truly meaningful gift. If you don't know the recipient's birth data, give a gift voucher instead, which they can redeem using their own details.
