FAQ: Common Questions
What exactly is shown on the birth certificate?
The name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth, the chart wheel for the moment of birth, the Sun, Moon and Ascendant, as well as the Moon phase of that night and how much of the Moon was visible in the sky.
Who is the birth certificate for?
A classic gift for a birth or christening, framed for a child's room. It also works beautifully for anyone at any age, including as a small surprise for an adult's birthday.
What is the quality of the birth certificate PDF?
Pure vector graphics: text and chart stay razor-sharp at any size. The file is set up in A4 and can be printed without any loss of quality in A3 as well, at home or at any print shop.
How quickly will I receive the birth certificate?
The PDF will be in your inbox and in your customer account within approximately 5 hours of payment. In most cases it arrives much sooner, because nothing is written by hand here, it is calculated and typeset automatically.
Does the birth certificate include an interpretation?
Deliberately not: this poster shows your real calculated data in a beautiful format. A personal interpretation, word for word, is available in the Astro Bites and in the Birth Chart Book.
Does the birth certificate make a nice gift?
A great one, in fact: simply enter the recipient's details and print the PDF or forward it. Framed, it becomes a gift that exists exactly once.
Can I cancel my Birth certificate order?
The book is created individually from the details you provide. By explicitly requesting that production begin, you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content (§ 356 para. 5 of the German Civil Code). We draw your attention to this before you place your order. If anything isn't right, just get in touch and we'll take care of it.
